NKU provides a supportive learning community for students looking to prepare for medical school. The Honors Pre-Med Learning Community allows students to interact with local medical professionals, explore how information is communicated between medical experts and the public, and gain experiences in the medical field. Additionally, the Health Professions Club (HPC) gives students insight into medical school preparation through the eyes of fellow students, chances to meet with representatives from medical school and physicians, and a chance to lead and serve other students.
